Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features and we'll prorate the difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Our Explorer plan is free forever, so you can explore the platform at your own pace. For the Scholar and Family plans, we don't currently offer a free trial, but you can cancel within the first 7 days for a full refund if it's not the right fit.
The Family plan supports up to 4 children under a single parent account. Each child gets their own personalized dashboard, progress tracking, and badge system. If you have more than 4 children, reach out to us and we'll work out a custom arrangement.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you can always come back to the free Explorer plan.
